History

Collin Burk is a proud Texas native who has lived in Dallas for most of his life. His love for real estate was cultivated from a young age as he watched both his father and grandfather develop and manage successful residential and commercial projects throughout the state.

Mr. Burk began his real estate career while attending high school at St. Mark’s School of Texas. He developed his strong work ethic while working maintenance at a local apartment complex between his summer “two-a-day” practices for his high school football team and continued gaining valuable experience during his summer breaks while attending college in Boulder, Colorado.

In 2011, Collin continued his real estate career working as an asset manager for a local real estate group in Dallas, Texas where he was fortunate to learn the business from several respected real estate veterans. There, he was responsible for the management and development of over a dozen individual properties throughout the state of Texas in several different real estate classes; including multi-family, retail, office, and industrial.

While learning the business during his formative years, he noticed there was a lack of energy and dedication exhibited by many of the people he interacted within the industry. Seeing this void of talented and passionate individuals in the business made Mr. Burk eager to cultivate a real estate firm that was committed to earning the respect of his clients. In 2013, he opened Bluffview Properties with the sole focus of using his vitality and commitment to develop relationships with his clients to set him apart from the competition.

Founder & President

Collin Burk

Mr. Burk has over a decade of experience in the real estate industry. His experience ranges from the disposition, acquisition, development, and management of over 4,000,000 square feet of real estate throughout the state of Texas. Mr. Burk is responsible for directing brokerage and management activities including leasing, routine inspection, obtaining vendor estimates, and preparation of contracts. Born and raised in Dallas, Collin returned back home after attending the University of Colorado at Boulder where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Collin holds a Real Estate Broker License with the Texas Real Estate Commission (#615050).

Alex Tower

For over a decade, Alex has worked directly with developers, institutional investors, and private clients on the disposition and acquisition of net leased assets, having overseen over $500 million in transactions over his career. Alex attended Baylor University and Brigham Young University, focusing on Professional Sales and Entrepreneurship at the Hankamer School of Business and Marriott School of Business, respectively. In his spare time, Alex enjoys competing in ultra-endurance events and raising money for charitable causes as part of a local cycling club.
